Sarah be putting me to use. 10x (1 min on, 2 min off) in pool this morning. Water running in Grinnell's pool is so much better than the ER YMCA. At the ymca the max depth was 5 ft so I had to constantly lean forward to make sure my feet didn't touch. In our pool that obviously wasn't a problem and my neck didn't feel strained at the end as a result. Good shit. It was a little uncomfortable having two lifeguards staring at me the whole time, including one who walked up and down the side of the pool while I water ran.
