Daily Note

My grandparents gave me their old trainer because they don't use it anymore which was nice because I can take that to school. This trainer is different and has much more resistance than my dads which is low-key brutal. It also made the real splits way different than last time I did Cow Creek. I woke up and my back felt great and I did the breathing before my ride and got in the zone. The ride itself felt more muscularly strenuous than the last time, but cardiovascular-wise it was easier which was weird because my average HR was 9 higher this time. I'm thinking about getting a HR strap so I can have my cardio and HR stats on Strava with Rouvy. The highlight of the ride had to be when I passed some scrub they kept trying to catch back up and pass me but just couldn't. After I got a gap of ~500ft they ragequit. What an epic gamer moment. My quads feel pretty gassed but we love that. Then I did HIIT and it went super well. I did double sleeves this time which felt nice and I also put some Vicks on my chest to make my massive pecs feel more relaxed and that definitely helped. Super hyped because I hit 24, 22, 21, 21 for my pushups! I have never hit 20 or higher for all four sets since I started doing this workout months ago and it felt great to see improvement! Next goal is to get to 23 or higher on all. One day I hope to get to 30! Feeling super good about a day I didn't really feel like doing when I woke up but here we are!!!

Actual splits
D:14.93
T:43:41
S: 14:38, 14:28 14:45 (4.93)

I've been at 175.3 three days in a row now, maybe this is my equilibrium?
