Was initially only gonna go four but it was like 55 and sunny out so I decided to do the river loop. I did something I haven't done since I visited Drake the summer before my senior year. I decided to run with my phone and listen to music. I know Robby used to do this every once in a while, but I hadn't done it in quite some time and I thought, why not? I ran the river loop and just shuffled my liked songs. My hips were feeling tight around three miles, so I made a quick <60 second stop to adjust and swing my legs then got going. At a stoplight I fixed my sock because it was being wack but the rest of the run was done without any stops. Then I did some uphill strides on grass and a jog back to my dorm. I accidentally made that a separate run. Then I got brunch with King. Solid day, gonna do a 3PPM and 200s tomorrow, not gonna be as nice as today but still nice.
