Decent run today. Felt better than yesterday which is always good. I ran with the team again today and it was nice. Not as warm as the past few days and it was windy so that wasn't cash money. We ran down to and on the horse trails for a bit. I ran from my dorm so I was a bit more than everyone else. I ran back mainly with Berndt and we chatted, had a real real conversation which was good. Great kid. Gonna go for a fartlek tomorrow and start to ~rev up the engine~
