As the log title suggests, today was quite long. I got up at 10 for work and was there until after 8 with only a 20 minute break... It sucked, but at least we didn't have to stay until 10 like we initially had to. When I got home I changed and then got on my run. Same as in the past few runs at home, going down Chestnut/Telegraph. I DID however make a detour into the park in the forest too... unload. Sometimes you just NEED to. Got i9na good stretch but still feel a little sore so I'm gonna roll out super thoroughly tonight. Good news is my hip is fine!
