Daily Note

Quote of the day: "Thank you for life, and all the little ups and downs that make it worth living." - Travis Barker

Today was a solid day. I picked up the gang and headed to Gold's for the annual Turkey Trot. We talked for a bit then got on the run. We ran 3.5 or so miles all together around King's Cove, down to Deer Run, to Waukegan, to Deerfield Road, and back to the Gold's. We all ran together for most of the run, all 20 or so of us. After the first 3.5 I was planning on just running until I got to 36 minutes (about five miles) but I just ran with Alex Gold, Billoy, Coach, and Alex's friend/Dylan's cousin Jared who just wanted to run with us. It was cool because they all know a lot about running and it was really fun. We ran around the other side of Deerfield Road through HP and talked about a lot of cool stuff. It was a lot of fun and it was fun to hear about these guys and have some cool conversations. When we got back inside we ate and just chilled before I had to go Dipski for "dinner" at 12:15... Solid day, I have a lot to be thankful for, and I am ready to kill it at Footlocker on Saturday
