Today was solid. I ran the warm up with some of the ppm guys (Old-Biz, Nitsum, Mad Micah, and Cac) and we ran Forest expedition and saw two deer and some kid tried to race us smfh. Then I went off by myself and thought I'd try and do some RUNNING ON THE RIVER!!!! Alas, it was too overgrown so I did some back 40 laps (1000 course) and then ran Greenwood. I ran Greenwood pretty fast, definitely under seven minute pace. We then stretched, jammed out, and did strength C. I learned it good to some of the younger childs who had not done it before. When I got to my car with BK, Jonah, and Charlie I saw that I had been hit! By Cole Kaplan lmao. The damage wasn't bad and I dropped BK off then went to STARBUX with Jonah and Charlie b4 dropping them off. BK and I also watched a great movie titled "Broken Muffler Opossum Guy". Seeing Star Wars at 8 pm tomorrow and I am very excited. Gonna post about it on social media and ruin it for everybody who couldn't get early showing tickets.
