AM: Went to gym to run 6*2 mins on TM. Never did tis workout before. Warm-up: 10 mins, then 2 mins hard followed by 2 mins recovery. I like this workout, but it was tough towards the end--saw the ex walk by, which gave me a little more "oomph" to go faster. Interval paces between 5:30-6:06 (i.e. at or under dream 5K pace). Followed up with 30 mins on the elliptical (hills 10-12, stretching and some light core. Gym was hot!! Last mile in 6:51--kept around Boston avg. HR Stats: 163/182
