AM: Beautiful morning @ 0500! About 65 with humidity only 55%! Goal was to do 12 and keep avg. HR below 150. Ran up Tuttle/Emerald/Muirfield round-a-bout. Ended up running 13 and then 1 cooldown. A nice run--not hilly, but not entirely flat. Stats: 13 miles: 146/163 1 mile: 146/157 Total time: 1:44:42 calories: 1060 145/163

Geez your cool down is faster than I've ever ran!! Maybe I've said this before...? Haha!

Awesome run! I could never do that without someone pushing me and not at 5 am YUCK!!!! Nice time though!!! I want a run like that!
