Salem Lake after work - thought it would be heat training, but not. Instead it was the coolest run I've had in a couple of months - mid 60s. I actually had a low HR and felt very good and light on my feet. Did 1 clockwise easy loop - 55:24/129, then 21222 workout - intended to do 6 and ended up doing 7. 149/153, 151/153, 154/155, 151/152, 153/154, 152/157, 155/157. Struggled getting my HR up, but I was moving decent the second loop - under 51 minutes total on 2nd counter clockwise loop.
