2 fast 1 easy 3 times at arrigo. felt pretty good and consistent except the last fast one i wanted the lap to be over so i sped up a little but i felt fine. really wanted potbelly after so i gave in.. 3rd time this week yikes i swear im not addicted. BREAKFAST W HAFFNER TOM WOOHOO FOOD!
