AM- shakeout. still iffy, but able to run through it now. PM- 2 mile tempo on the barn mile, and then 3xK, first 2 @ 3:03, last one @ 2:57 negative split 73-70-34. 5:25-5:08, 3:03-3:00-2:52 (72-67-33). Felt good on the negative split, hip/knee felt pretty iffy but ran through it with no problems.
