Daily Note

AM- Ran riverwood short with Hahndo before swinging back to West to pick up Jacob and run bridges. I honestly thought after a day off my legs would feel great but that couldn't be further from the truth. It honestly kind of felt like I had just finished a tempo run. It got better about 5 in, but it still kind of sucked. Went to the weight room did some pull-ups and back crunches, and 8' of core. I'm declaring this core week, because I think that although I'm doing core 3 times a week, adding in about another 20 mins couldn't hurt. Also on wednesdays I'm going to start adding steeple drills in. (just the hip strengthening stuff, not the hurdles etc). I'll probably do a fartlek later tonight, and have that be something like 2 on 1 off for 30'.

PM- Dear future Andrew, I want you to remember how bad your legs felt because of:

a) running 65' this morning
b) taking yesterday off
c) running 110 last week
d) not eating enough

did bands + balance afterwards
