did lakebridges with hahndo and had to shit super bad but I made it. weighed 152.00 after breakfast. down 13 pounds since August 2018.

PM- ran Morgan hill and then did like 8 tinman strides and the finished the run. hip kind of hurt on the last couple. I think my form is good overall but I should probably focus on trying to run with absolute perfect form on strides. did core stability afterwards and some pushups
