Daily Note

AM- felt kind of trashy, but still a decent run. bands + balance after

PM- fartlek was 2:00on/1:00off for 3 laps of the neighborhood loop. didn't feel great because I ate pretty close to the run, and ate chicken from Taylor hall earlier today. however, it was still alright. 3.07 miles, 17:00, 5:32/avg. jogged back to the track for a mile. Ran 4:46 for that, built through the whole thing and it felt very aerobic. breathing felt pretty good through the whole workout. we had 4x200 after, and I went 29-28-28-28, which felt smooth and fast. cooled down and did ball throws, push ups, and core. going to make a better effort to do core from now on
