Daily Note

am- legs felt good, but had to shit pretty bad, and even after I did I kind of felt worse

pm- 10x800 w/75 second rest. 2:28-2:25-2:24-2:23-2:24-2:24-2:24-2:24-2:21-2:19 + 31-30-29-28. legs felt just average, but breathing felt fantastic. I think the past 2 months have allowed me to become much more aerobic than I was before. Very consistent workout, and first on the outdoor track. never felt like I was straining once, and hit all the times coach wanted.
