Daily Note

am-ooga chaka ooga chaka IIIIII IIII IIII I'M HOOKED ON A FEELING. that i'm running out of log titles. dekes and sperm loop. hr was 36 this morning so feeling good and recovered. bands + balance

pm- workout was 8x1000 w/ 75 second rest. first 6 were supposed to be 3:05-3:07 and then the last 2 were supposed to be 2:55-3:00. we were between 3:05 and 3:07 on all of the first 6 but our second one was 3:03. my last two were 2:59 and 2:53. I probably could've stuck with marc and jaime on the 7th one but I wasn't sure if I had to shit, or just rip ass. thankfully, the latter. the last one was better. overall, I really liked this kind of workout. long repeats with a good # of reps. 200s kind of sucked because since I had run in these really thin socks and it was on the indoor track, I had a blister forming on the ball of my foot, so I couldn't really sprint too well. I went 32-32-29-28. I switched socks half way through those. blister still hurt, but not as bad. Did ball throws, and 8' abs with franky and got a good workout out of that. also saw the nutritionist today and am going to start eating healthier and more in tune with my running
