morning hr day 2- 39/40

stupid loop- inside water tower into whipporwhill, into dekes, into sperm loop, into campus loop and then did 4xstride with jog between each one and then core circuit and then rolled and stretch with marc for like an hour

technically hit a 100+ week. although it wasn't in the calendar week, it was ~104 in the past 7 days
