Morning double, bands + balance after

PM- progressive tempo on the loop ended up being 7.23 miles, felt good, under control, and most importantly relaxed. I liked that we started out slower, and then we broke the threshold at the end, I felt like I was in really good shape. besides having to shit at the end, there was really no struggle, and as I finished my breathing was fine, 200s were 33-31-31-30. I really tried to run relaxed on those too and felt good. Quality stretching (again) and I'm happy that I'm taking better care of my body and caring about training, I feel a lot better about myself
