15 min warm up, 25 min tempo, 15 min cool down with kristen. tempo felt rough at first, which i think was partially because of the cold and partially because my legs are still tired from saturday. did an out and back on jail trail and we didnt realize we were running into the wind until we turned around, so that was a pleasant surprise that made it easy to negative split. jail trail got really icy/slippery by the end of the tempo, so that was frustrating, but overall a good day
