trying out the knee again, but im in seattle and everything is a hill so i went down to my cousin's high school and ran there. because of timing conflicts i ended up running at 3pm, when it was a lovely 95-100 degrees in the sun. thought i was dying like 3 miles in from the heat and got nervous about being unfit, but then i timed a lap and realized i was going 6:50 pace. ran 38:30 on the track, which was at least 5 miles but i was not keeping track of laps, and then ran a mile back to my cousins house, which was uphill and thus wouldnt further aggravate the knee. didnt feel perfect, but not too bad. hobbling a little bit after
