so i meant to run in the morning but i woke up with a terrible headache and i felt like garbage so I slept in. went to urgent care after work and it turns out i have an ear infection and a fever so i got antibiotics so thats all squared away. got my run in after that and it was raining, which isnt my fav but it is what it is. felt pretty bad for the first ~7.5 miles but then things got better so i figured id extend a little. 6x100m strides on the track after
