MGW: Can't wait to have a bar with weights someday

Outdoor high intensity session in Penn park. 2 mile uptempo warm up, then 20 minutes of (200m at mile pace with the goal of working down, 5x 35lb bent over single arm row each side, 10x alternating leg pike-up) the rows and the core gave about 1:00 active rest between the 200's, which eventually forced me to slow down the 200's or puke 0.o Probably the most intense 20 minute wo I've ever done, but great cool overcast night for it in a nice well-lit but somewhat private park.
