Daily Note

AM: Upper body lift and then since the knee was sore I biked 30 mins.

PM: workout was 9x300 with 100 jog recovery. Splits were by no means super fast but oof, that recovery was a *****. Goal was 54/55, splits were 54, 55, 55, 56, 54, 54, 55, 57, 54. Knee didn’t hurt at all on the workout but now that it’s over it hurts a little and my entire quad hurts some. It’s a little concerning because Hayden tore his quad last year from running on a knee with a contusion which is exactly what I have, but I’m no trainer so I’ll just tell Lindsay tomorrow and see what she has to say about it.
