AM: Lift + Shakeout

PM: Ive already logged this all once and accidentally deleted it so its not going to be as detailed now. Workout was 15 minute tempo, 2x800, 4x400 over barriers. Rest was 3 minutes between everything but 400's, which were a minute. Goals of 5:40 pace, 2:38, 73.

Hit 5:39 (2.65), 2:34, 2:37, 73, 75, 75, 75. Legs burned up in the last four minutes of the tempo, and they did not stop burning for the rest of the workout.
