very casually passed Matt Centrowitz on our WU @ Nike WHQ today so that was hype. Workout was not as hype, did 3x3x300 w cutdown but legs were pretty toasted going in and then arms went numb and stomach got made etc. etc. Got thru it ok but would've liked them all to be faster, splits were 60/59/57 60/59/58 60/60/58
