Strict orders to not go over an hour at which I failed completely (sorry Coach). Did Tranquil w/ the gals and then added on down Forbes, got back just in time to shower before watching the time trials. Definitely felt some hype watching people race on the track!! Also a sad reminder that XC is quickly nearing the end :(
