everyone's fav workout!! Four mile repeats on the bridle path (3min rest) with Kristen, Val, and Wade down/up splits were 6:01, 6:06, 6:01, 6:19. Was feeling good for 3 especially on the first uphill bc I focused on the second 400m which is always the worst. Zoned out a bit on the last one when I got tired and fell off pace but still happy with this hot n sweaty workout
