super fun 7 hour bus ride to Salem, Virginia made the legs not so happy but we figured it out. 800m shake-out, drills, pre-meet run, and then 6x150 strides on the Roanoke track helped everything warm up, got some good stretching in too. Excited to race on such wide turns!
