Hurried stress run after a stressful day, but felt good to run it out. Went up to the reservoir with the gals but didn't do a loop bc I was worried my quad didn't feel great, but it ended up feeling pretty normal all the way through. Strides after, pretty quality weight room. FOUR whole pull-ups in a row hell yeah
