I made the mistake of taking an accidental nap and was really not feeling the whole exercise thing, but once I got out it was fine. Biked down the CCT to Fletcher's, ran out&back from there on the canal to avoid pavement, and then biked back. Lots of puddle dodging on the canal trail bc of all the rain so legs got v dirty, but luckily it didn't rain on me at all yay. The run was short and sweet, last mile was sub 7:00 and felt pretty controlled. I'm officially done with the post-injury back to running plan and am now on to actually training and building up so getting pretty hype.
