first workout in a brick did not go as well as I had hoped, tempo was only 15 min but felt pretty rough. Not as bad as it could've been, but definitely need to focus on getting back in shape now that my foot seems to be feeling consistently good. On the bright side, I saw Sarah Cook running on the trail so that was fun!!! Also the weather was beautiful, I was actually a little cold when I started. Biked to and from the trail so I got a sort of cool down
