s: got in bed in time to get in eight hours. woke up an hour before my alarm went off, stayed in bed for another forty-five minutes but couldn't fall asleep so i just decided to wake up a bit earlier. pm: fifteen minute warm-up, dynamic stretches and strides, two mile time trial (10:19), one mile cool-down. decent day, not exactly the time i was hoping for but not unhappy with it either. goal was to stick right behind piyush for as long as possible and that's what i did up until about half-way through the sixth lap; just an indicator that i might need to start focusing a lot more during the latter sections of workouts. solid starting point, fun for the lu's winners to take home the dub as well.
