Nothing special today. Might try out this thing called 'racing' this weekend so I didn't do the full workout. Passed Donald's vacation home on the warm-up to the national mall. Missed the first rep because Optimization let out late (2.5 hours isn't enough time I guess). Anyway it was 3 sets of 4 x 800 w 90 sec, 4 min bw sets. Did reps 2-10. Started off at like 2:28 and down to 2:18. Last two hurt a bit, just really didn't feel my best but had some fun. Lonely cool down.
