Easy 5 miles on treadmill in the morning. 3x500 swim after school 200 swim, 50 kick, 200 pull Drills 3x500 w/45sec recovery (8:33, 8:39, 8:44) -I do not feel smooth in the water. This was a tough workout and my swim endurance is lacking big time. Probably need to work on my core as well.
