Swim in the morning, reservations are now up to 55 minutes! After warming up did 8x100 pull on 1:30, 4x200 on 2:55, 8x100 on 1:40. Split 82s for the pulling, 2:35-2:35-2:33-2:32, 73-72-72-71-71-70-70-68. The gains made in Massachusetts were no fluke! My pulling is abysmal, I can feel the drag from fishtailing and probably not rotating as well. Did have a faster stroke rate by necessity. Anyway, something to work on. 200s felt like no trouble and then slowly ratcheted it down for the 100s, plenty of rest on those. I'm kind of frustrated because I banged my right shin last night and now there's a twinge with every step, just hoping that it is a bruise or something and not related to the stress injury. Had a tempo workout scheduled in the evening but Allie changed it to fit with some other stuff, but it looks like it is around time to begin to incorporate some intensities beyond tempo. Second day of caffeine withdrawal headache after going back to drinking it while in MA.

    i dont understand caffeine withdrawal, i usually drink 3-4 a week, and then sometimes dont drink for weeks. do you drink 2-3x a day when you do?

    At times I have. I never feel less energized or anything when I stop, the only symptom is a headache starting at like 2pm and that usually happens for a couple days and then I'm good
