Nice run on the bike path near Spring Lake. Gavi was a champ and biked next to me the whole way which was nice. Not the best night of sleep but still felt okay once I got going. Pancake flat the whole way. Last 5 in 6:25, 6:12, 6:10, 6:05, 5:58. Saw a tiny ass dog probably weighed 2 pounds full grown.
