2.5 mile warmup with Liam. 15 min thresh (5:59/6:04/2:58)for 2.5 miles. Weather was great again and felt pretty smooth throughout this thresh. Didn't feel like I went too hard and believe I could've gone faster, but its such a significant difference in pace from my thresh this past Saturday that makes me think I may have overdone it. Finished up the daily mileage with 2 miles of cooldown. Got back and hopped on the rower for 23 intervals of 30:30. Felt great on the rower today. Started around 1:57avg and slowly worked down to 1:42avg on my last rep. Finished with a cooldown lap and rolled out.
