AM: 3 miles around campus. Haven't broken up the daily mileage in a long while and thought the snow day would be a great day to start. PM: 4 miles with Tim and Joe. Quite snowy, but still was able to get in some slow miles. Rowed a 30:30 workout. 22 intervals starting at just under 2:00 pace and ending around 1:45 pace. Felt pretty quality on the rower today
