Jog to park Drills 6 easy Refuel (smoothie with banna, strawberries, spinach, and maltodextrin) Stretch Bridle out and back. Good easy evening run. However, doing it a night is making it feel like a chore for some reason. Will run in morning tomorrow. Tried seeing how I felt without doing hip mobility. Felt fine on my run, but I'm going to keep doing it before every run.
