Had to pee really bad at the beginning of the run, apparently while I was peeing Josh booked it across the street through traffic. Anyway because of this I had no clue where everyone else was so I didn't do a mile extra with them and showed Brandon alt bep. At the mile meeting point I found Josh and the bernsteins and went with them to greenwood and after they picked it up from an already fast pace dropped back to Lucas. We also finished pretty fast but it wasn't as bad.
