footing still royally screwed everywhere near my place and with it being quite dark at 630 and a pissy left ankle, i didn't want to take any chances, so i ran inside. decided to work the incline rather than haphazardly flying on the belt. ankle pretty sore starting out, but once there was some blood flow going, it was fine. i'll probably try to get some ice on it tonight.
