1.6 up 12:32 3 tempo 20:07 3.25 down 25:11 Did the same tempo loop as last week it felt tougher this time around even though it was supposed to be a lighter tempo since I have a 5k on Saturday. I did negative split today 6:45, 6:42, 6:39. All in all got some work in and did okay.
