Easy miles in Wash Park before my long run tomorrow. Felt really good except for the Salomon shoes. I'm not convinced I like these S-Lab Ultras. Might have to get a pair of the Salomon Sense shoes to try out. Gonna have to find a solid trail shoe for the 50k in September. I have plenty of time, though.
