Daily Note

After consulting w/ phil and brestscher, shifting focus to 1500 for rest of season.

burner warm up. Workout was 800 (full), 3x400 (200), full after 3rd 400, 4x200 (200). Hit 2:12, 67, 66, 65, 32, 31, 30, 30. burner cool down.

Solid one. Don't have much leg speed but better endurance than I did last year.
