Cross campus til 5 and strides. Ran burner with nobs on the way back, good talk about plant based diets. For strides I did 2x200 at 5k and then a little faster, hitting 38 and 36. Then 2 harder 100 strides. Talked with bretscher yesterday. He told me no faster than 5:10 at the mile. Gonna go with that, why else have a coach than to give advice like this. Will then hope that I can hit the gas the last 2k. Really excited, the run and strides felt excellent today so I think I'm ready for something.
