Daily Note

Ran from porter around 10, was planning 3 but scary lightning convinced me to go in a bit early.

Prac: burner warm up with elliot, had to take short cut cuz of major flooding rip. Workout was just a basic tune up, 2x400, 2x300, 2x200, 2x100. 4s, 3s, and 2s all at 5k, 1s at 90%. Didn't do much of an active warm up bc I just wanted to get down to the nitty gritty cuz of impending rain.

Hit 74, 74, 54, 55, 36, 34, 14.4, 14.1. Wasn't tough but didn't feel great. Felt a little harder than it should have, but elliot said the same thing. Weather obviously wasn't great. Think it might have something to do with getting a different stimulus than used to on monday, a faster stimulus, that made legs more tired than normal given a relatively low volume workout monday. 100s were fun, probably the fastest I've been going in a very long time. Don't think I can go much faster lol.

Cross campus cool down and add on to make 10 on the afternoon, was pretty funny doing all the x-campus traditions with it just being me and elliot. Carleton soccer fields wicked flooded.

Probably one of the final doubles of the season.
