Daily Note

10am: 3 miles on burner and the track.

prac: burner warm up 2.5. Workout was broken k's. 600, 200 off, 200 on. Splits: 1:52, 1:50, 1:50, 1:51, 1:51, 1:49, 1:47, 1:45. 200s: 33, 34, 33, 34, 33, 33, 32, 33. 4 mile cool down north east suburbs.

Solid workout. Felt really good on it. Long workouts get easier the more I do them. Not too taxing but got in 4 miles of quality at or faster than 5 minute mile pace. Left hip is tight, probably from all the turns. Easy tomorrow, light workout Wednesday. After talking with Phil I'm going to skip tomcat and run the 5k at Carleton.
