Am: 2 miles upstairs, pedestal x15, 3x10 power cleans at 65, and stretching and rolling. Think I'm gonna keep doubling, probably switching off between biking and running. Worked in January. Also, gonna try and actually lose some weight. It's about time I did so. Probably means just eating healthier. This was also a nice way to start the morning. Been feeling real shitty past few days due to things I cannot control, and that made me just want to stay in yesterday instead of run.
