Out 5 on nw through guam. After the flip, did 6x minute on, minute off at a good effort. That got me about 2 miles, so ran the rest in. Good day, good grind. Had to shit for final 5 but held it in and shat when back at skog. Not a big gs day cuz I was dooted from long run/workout. Pedestal x15, gas x15, some band and balance work, then stretching and kind of rolling. Pretty solid day. Finals grind. Not sure if long run will be tomorrow or sunday. Apparently grant wintheiser will be here tomorrow, so it'd be pretty cool to run with a bub that fast... Also, Quote of the day: "Anyone that moves is a VC.
